Cancellation Policy

Our incredible staff works hard to provide the best services and experience for each of our clients. At times it is hard to get in with your barber or stylist because of how booked they are.  When an appointment is not cancelled soon enough or if there is a no-show, clients who are on our wait list cannot fill the appointment slot you leave because there is not time for them to get there. This leaves wasted time for your barber or stylist that cannot be filled. As a result of the above the following policies have been created.  Thank you for your understanding of its necessity, and for understanding and respecting the value of your barber or stylists’ time.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:

NO CHARGE WHEN:

If appointment is cancelled 3 hours before your appointment time there will be no charge.  However, If your appointment is within the first 3 hours of the shop opening then you will need to cancel the first day the shop is open before your appointment before 4:00pm. (Monday morning appointments must be canceled Saturday by 4:00pm since the shop is closed on Sunday, and Wednesday appointments must be cancelled by 4:00pm on Monday since the shop is closed on Tuesdays.)

50% of BOOKED SERVICES CHARGE WHEN:

If appointment is cancelled later than 3 hours before your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the cost of the services you had booked.

100% of BOOKED SERVICES CHARGE WHEN:

If you are a no-show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the services you had booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE WEEK OF A HOLIDAY:

NO CHARGE WHEN:

If appointment is cancelled 24 hours before your appointment time there will be no charge. If your appointment is on a day following a day the shop is closed then your appointment must be cancelled by 4:00pm the last day the shop is open before your appointment. (Monday appointments must be cancelled by 4:00pm on Saturday since the shop is closed on Sundays, and Wednesday appointments must be cancelled by 4:00pm on Monday since the shop is closed on Tuesdays.)

DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR HOLIDAY BOOKINGS:

When booking your appointment, you will have to provide a deposit for the full amount of the services you are booking or we will not be able to book your appointments.
